ANGIN x Fast Forward Advisors are looking to help explain capital funding and give the tips and tricks of Fundraising to a small group of entrepreneurs.

Are you are you looking to raise venture capital for your startup and want to maximize your chances to succeed? Are you unsure about what KPIs and information to prepare for your Seed or Series A fundraising? Come to learn what you need and how to get ready to talk to top investors effectively!

The aim of this workshop is to provide you with a clear understanding of what and how to prepare for your investor
pitch. The workshop is designed following several years of experience of Fast Forward Advisors (FFA) in helping
accelerators and their startups in raising funds in Europe and since last year also in Southeast Asia.

Throughout the workshop, Mr. Luca Mohammadi, the Southeast Asia Managing Partner of FFA will discuss key factors investors are looking at and provide methodologies and clear guidelines on how to get ready on all elements of fundraising.

  • VC mindset: understanding venture capital investment and how VC investors look at new investment opportunities.
  • Value proposition & Product-Market Fit: making sure you generate value for your clients and how to prove it.
  • Market: how to identify and quantify your market (and why it should be big).
  • Competition: how to identify your competitors and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Business model: CAC, CLTV, what are they and why they are important?

8:00 - 9:00: Workshop PART 2:

  • Sales & Marketing: multi-channel growth strategies and the importance of creating a repeatable & measurable engine for growth.
  • Financials: what figures are VCs looking for, how to create financial plans you can defend.
  • Valuation: How much is your startup worth and how much should you raise.
  • Pitch: the structure of a pitch deck
